Behind the scenes, there are many. Quiet heroes. Those who are not acknowledged, they quietly go about their days, without a whisper.
Seldom given much, but most often have given everything.
Let’s say thank you. Many of us know one or two. Often times, we don’t know them at all. And without their dedication, selflessness, and goodness, we would remain lost, unguided, and weakened.
Value all those you come across, value and respect those who have paved the way to give us a safer, better life.
Have a blessed week everyone,
A real and beautiful life to you is…
As we begin this New Year, heading into our third week, let’s keep it real.
What does a real and beautiful life look like to you? Your design may be different than mine.
We all have hopes, wishes, and dreams. Some more simple, and others more grand and complex in nature.
Whatever they may be, let’s intend on them being ours, truly ours, and original to us. The ones that resonate within our souls. And are in alignment with our values, convictions, and desires. Let’s be our own agents of change and ambassadors in our new year.
Care for your soul, maintain your strength. The clock continues to tick, and we need to be assured that we don’t give up on anything or anyone, especially ourselves.
Continue to tend to your desires. Keep on goin’.
Be filled with love in all that you do. Life moves much too quickly to be withholding.
Keep the faith!
Our minds. As the sun sets each day, we are a collection of our thoughts, feelings and experiences. Similar to a whiteboard, smart board, or chalkboard, depending on your generation. Our minds are filled, covered and crowded with thoughts. Becoming jumbled, and rather confusing some days. They can truly weigh us down, or set us free. It’s always our decision. No, not easy. Treat it similarly to a whiteboard. Grab the erasers at the end of each day and clear it up as best you can.
Maintain and contain what was best, let go of the rest. The sun will rise again, and we’ll begin anew. We’re blessed to have the chance again. New learning, loving, and new lesson plans. Meet and greet your new day with pure expectations of beauty, clarity and goodness.
Have a wonderful weekend, Sandra
You’ve put in a valiant effort. More than you imagined possible. Results haven’t appeared yet, on the outside, anyway. You are stronger than you realized, aren’t you? Continue to gather your fertilizer, tend to your garden. It has been tended to and sown.
Exhaustion has set in. It’s temporary. Don’t worry. Take a breath, or two, and a break. Just as it takes many years for a bamboo tree to grow and appear after it’s been planted; the same is true for your goals. Hopefully sooner than the bamboo! A year, a few months, or maybe even next week. Who knows.
Hold steady, my friend. Keep your head up. Everything will become brighter. In time. Moments move quickly, and the glorious mountains will soon appear.
Have a sweet day, Sandra
Maybe it’s time to take a seat in the front row, or better yet, take center stage. Unfortunately, it’s hard to see you from back there. You have so much to see and share. Everything looks so much brighter now, doesn’t it? Much more colorful, vivid and bright. Do you feel better? Don’t worry, there will always be critics, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you have self conviction. You have an inner flame that no one will diminish. I hope you enjoy being in your new space. Let’s go for a lovely ride! Hold on. Keep Faithful, life is getting better. Don’t hide your gifts, or your presence. You are needed in this world!
Have a beautiful day, Sandra
It’s a new day. Grab your canvas, your pen, or your watercolors, and begin again. Create as though you have no doubts in your heart. You can and will move forward in a magical way. Greater than you can imagine. Can you think like this for 21 days? It’s been proven that it takes 21 days to create a new habit. I wonder what will happen if you speak kindly, confidently and powerfully to yourself. Instead of berating yourself, and diminishing your value, raise the bar. Start today, act as though you are your best friend in the world, not your own worst critic. Just try it.
I’d love to know how your life can move forward in a more beautiful direction. I have faith in you, but most important is that you do.
Have a beautiful day, Sandra
